Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused skis and equipment in their original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered custom products and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
