Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about gear, shipping, and hitting the slopes.
How do I choose the right ski length for my height and skill level?
Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should look for shorter, more maneuverable skis, while advanced skiers often prefer longer skis for stability at higher speeds.
Do you offer professional binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional mounting. When you purchase both skis and bindings, you can provide your boot sole length (BSL) and skier profile during checkout, and our certified technicians will mount them before shipping.
What is your return policy for used or mounted equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Please note that skis that have been custom-mounted with bindings are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take and is it insured?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do my new skis come pre-waxed and ready for the snow?
Most skis come with a factory tune and a basic storage wax. While they are ready to ride out of the box, we recommend a fresh hot wax for optimal performance and glide on your first day.
What payment methods do you accept for high-value purchases?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger equipment packages, we also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm so you can buy now and pay over time.
